合作协议
ICTSA — International Consulting & Transaction Support Agreement
Consulting agreement between KPS Global Solutions and its client — a buyer, a seller or an investor. Fees: retainer, milestones and success fee.
JWA — Joint Working Agreement
Agreement with another intermediary on the same deal, usually the buyer's agent: how the agreed commission is shared. Not a partnership and not a joint venture.
