What it is

- The seller is a registered company that can be found in its own registry
- The signatory has the authority to bind it
- A price that looks too good against the market: a reason to stop
- Any payment asked from the buyer before a deal exists: a reason to stop
- Who stands between the buyer and the goods: each intermediary adds a margin and a risk
