What it is
A one-page checklist for the step before loading.
What is inside
- The letter of credit or SBLC has been issued and checked against the contract
- The seller's performance bond is in place
- For every document: who issues it, who checks it and who holds it
- Independent inspection at loading, with certificates worded the way the instrument requires
- Sanctions screening of the vessel
- Petroleum products: origin and price-cap attestation where required
